Structural drafting
Structural drafting services that look like they came from your own office
Send us markups, sketches or an engineer's calculations and we return construction-ready structural drawings in your title block, layers and line weights. You keep the design and the client; we take the drafting load off your engineers.
Based in Cochabamba, Bolivia. We work remotely with firms in Australia, New Zealand, the USA, the UK and Ireland.

Your standards, not ours
We set up on your CAD standards, templates and title blocks from the first job, so drawings drop straight into your document set.
Drafted by engineers
Our drafters are civil engineers. We read the calculations behind the drawing and flag clashes or missing information instead of drawing blindly.
Capacity when you win work
Scale drafting up for a deadline and back down afterwards, with no recruitment, payroll tax or superannuation.
What we deliver
- General arrangement plans, sections and elevations
- Footing, slab and framing plans
- Steel and concrete connection details
- Reinforcement drawings and bar schedules
- Markup pick-ups and drawing revisions

Frequently asked questions
What do you need from us to start?
Markups, sketches or calculations, plus your title block and CAD template. If you have a recent drawing set we can match, send that too and we will mirror it.
Can you work inside our Revit or AutoCAD files?
Yes. We work in your files and version, through your shared drive or a project platform such as Aconex, Procore or SharePoint.
How does the time difference work in practice?
Our team is based in Bolivia (UTC-4). Our working day runs while Australia and New Zealand are asleep, so a brief you send at the end of your day can come back as drawings or calculations the next morning. We also keep an overlap window early in your morning for calls and markups.
Who signs off and certifies the design?
Your firm does. We work as an extension of your team: we prepare calculations, models and drawings to the standards you specify, and your registered or chartered engineer reviews and certifies them. That keeps registration, insurance and client relationships with you.
