Revit structural BIM

Revit structural BIM modelling, from concept to LOD 400

We build and maintain the structural model for your project in Revit, coordinate it with architecture and services, and produce the documentation from it. Your engineers stay on design decisions instead of modelling.

Based in Cochabamba, Bolivia. We work remotely with firms in Australia, New Zealand, the USA, the UK and Ireland.

What you get from our BIM team

Models that coordinate

We run clash detection against architectural and MEP models and report issues before they reach site.

Documentation from the model

Plans, sections, schedules and quantities are generated from the model, so revisions stay consistent across the set.

Built to your BEP

We follow your BIM execution plan, families, naming conventions and shared parameters.

What we deliver

  • Structural Revit models at LOD 200, 300 or 400
  • Clash detection reports and coordination markups
  • Drawing sets produced from the model
  • Material schedules and quantity take-offs
  • IFC exports for coordination

Frequently asked questions

Which Revit versions do you support?

We work in the version your project uses, so there is no upgrade forced on your team.

Can you convert our 2D CAD drawings into a Revit model?

Yes. CAD-to-BIM conversion is a common first job: we model from your existing drawings and flag inconsistencies we find along the way.

How does the time difference work in practice?

Our team is based in Bolivia (UTC-4). Our working day runs while Australia and New Zealand are asleep, so a brief you send at the end of your day can come back as drawings or calculations the next morning. We also keep an overlap window early in your morning for calls and markups.

Who signs off and certifies the design?

Your firm does. We work as an extension of your team: we prepare calculations, models and drawings to the standards you specify, and your registered or chartered engineer reviews and certifies them. That keeps registration, insurance and client relationships with you.
